Bænk is about a small, everyday pleasure: finding a good place to sit. Open the map, see the benches around you and pick the one with the sunset, the shade or the water view. It’s a Creative Oak side project, designed and built entirely in-house.
We built Bænk in Flutter with a Supabase backend, and it needs no sign-up and shows no ads. Every bench gets short ratings called sits, on a scale from 1 to 7, with tags like shaded, sunset spot or has a back rest. Adding one places a pin, saves a photo and a rating, and benches you’ve already seen stay available offline. The app speaks English and Danish, and went live on the App Store in September 2026.
