Laura Kjær makes furniture that carries a story, from a stacking chair shaped by the burnt-down historic Børsen building to stools made for her son. Her site steps back and lets the pieces speak.

The whole site is one page: a single column of projects, the first centred with the next just peeking in below. Projects, About and Contact open as drawers from the sides, so Laura’s work never leaves the screen. Laura edits everything in Sanity, and the site itself is built in Astro, down to the small cursor in her studio’s red.
